What do I need to qualify for assistance?

Our services are open to anyone in the community who needs help with job searching, resume building, or improving their computer and technology skills. There are no age, income, or residency restrictions.

What are your hours? 

Via phone we are available from 8am-7pm EST.

We are available 24/hours VIA email. We will respond as soon as possible. 

What is needed for initial intake?

If you have one, please Email:

• A copy of your current or old resume (digital or printed)

• A list of your previous jobs, dates of employment, and education

• A list of Job types you are interested in, remote or in person.

If you don’t have any of the above, that’s okay! We can start from scratch.

Do you offer virtual services?

Yes, we offer most services online via Teams or zoom meeting or by phone, including resume reviews and job search support. Let us know your preference when scheduling. 

Can you help with LinkedIn profiles or online portfolios? 

Yes! We can help you create or improve your LinkedIn profile, and assist with basic online portfolio setup if you're in a creative or tech field. If you local to our GA, Lilburn, or NC, Charlotte location we can also assist with Headshots for your profile.

Can you help me with online job applications?

Yes! We help with online applications, setting up email accounts, uploading resumes, and preparing for interviews. 

What if I don't know how to use a computer? 

No problem. We offer basic computer literacy classes and one-on-one help. Whether you're brand new to computers or just need a refresher, we’ll work at your pace.
