Yes. Our services are open to anyone impacted by the justice system, including those who are recently released, on parole or probation, or have a prior record. We believe everyone deserves support at every step.

Interview preparation, including how to talk about a criminal record

Computer and technology training
Basic digital skills, like email setup, using the internet, and job boards
One-on-one coaching and mentorship
Yes, we offer most services online via Teams, zoom meeting or by phone, including resume reviews and job search support. Let us know your preference when scheduling. We also provide in person service if you are local.
Yes. We work with employers who are open to hiring individuals with records. We can also guide you on how to talk about your background in interviews and applications.

No experience is needed. We can help you start from scratch, even if you’ve never had a resume or job before.
Yes. We can help you set up an email account, and refer you to local resources for getting state IDs, and other documents you’ll need for employment.
No problem. We offer basic computer literacy classes and one-on-one help. Whether you're brand new to computers or just need a refresher, we’ll work at your pace.
